SUCH ACTS OF CYBERVIOLENCE INCLUDE THE MANIPULATION OF THE EMOTIONS OF VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS BY CHAT ROOM ACTIVITIES AND NOTICEBOARD COMMUNICATIONS.
